Toxic People You Say?

As it was put to me by Carrie P. during our workout Saturday morning, "some people are just toxic"

You ever had one of these in your life? We all have! Carrie also informed me that my big heart and my giving personality tends to make these types of people draw to me.

You know the people that ooze negativity, that lie constantly, that manipulate any situation to be a "self" situation, you know? I know you know. And then they play the pitiful me crap~ gag me!!

You do for them and they still hurt you, or better yet they hurt your child!!! Yes I said CHILD, sicko right? Explain's why they treat their own children so poorly and don't even raise their own children. Oh but they can try to play super Mom to some man's children....LMAO that is a joke!

These types of people are very very dangerous not only to themselves but to anyone they come in contact with!!!!

Saturday afternoon I picked Jacob up from Deven's and we headed to Hot Springs for an overnight getaway with Jan & Juli. We had Mexican at La Hacienda and did lots of shopping.
Jan's kitchen inspires me, makes me want to overhaul mine.

Sunday morning by the lake was pleasant, the weather was so nice.

Sakura Sunday, Jacob loves California Rolls I also made it to B Jaxx Saturday on our way, I was determined to get this purse and just had to have the make up bag/case.

Throw pillows finally after a year, I knew Kirklands would have something.

Jacob got a new bathing suit and some shirts. These shirts are questionable, but if you know Jacob he had to have them and is mature enough to handle the comments they will create.

These Asic shoes were a must have, they kind of remind me of the Tin Man but Jacob loves them!

And for the rest of it, it was put away right here....lol

A little blogging from Hot Springs...Michele YOU ROCK and you know it, call it what it is and you did from jump, i should have never doubted you!

A lot of shopping and Mexican and the lake was very pleasant this morning, this neighbor man not so much but this Spring like weather is great.

Juli & I were cutting down bamboo for my living room and Jacob cut his index finger with the saw. Thank goodness he had a tetnis (sp?) shot yesterday.

oh and 3 shots for Jacob, he yet again went into panic mode it was so nuts and I could not help but laugh. he broke out in a sweat and got sick to his stomach and tried to run from the nurse. You had to be there it was comical!

Jacob's blood pressure was high, he has has a very stressful issue go on and I am sure this is why. Will monitor daily.

A few unmentioned items accomplished as well. I was running all day.
Deven joined us about mid morning and was nice company for Jacob.

I am still so amazed at Kat.....my hero =)

I have to say congrats to Kat & Karl on the birth of their new baby boy. Kat was one of my 1st blog friends ever and I love to read her blog. And wow what a way to have a baby, you guys rock!

CONGRATULATIONS JULI!!!

Juli accepted her first teaching position today! I am so proud of you and noone deserves it more. A 1st grade teacher, seems like yesterday you were just a baby.

Juli will be teaching at a performing arts magnet elementary school, which is PERFECT for her!

They work!

A while back I had way more hair cut off than intended and was not happy with the length. My friend Jen turned me on the these hair vitamins and they work, my hair has grown a lot in about 26 days!

Jacob learns to ski

All loaded up and ready to go! Jacob went with the boys to Lake Norrell Saturday to learn to water ski and Michele and I tagged along to take pictures.

Oops I still have my glasses...

These ski's sure are big. But I can do this...

And he's up, makes a Momma proud =). Unlike myself Jacob learned with regular size ski's. Mine were little and tied together. I was also only 7 and learned behind a party barge.

I AM DIVORCED

It is official and legal!

I must say that I did well, you know I did this ProSe and I rocked ;)
I took my coworker who knows everyone in that court house and I mean everyone! My case was at 9:00 and we were in the elevator leaving at 8:59, they took us first and I did so well!

I was not so much rooting for the Celtics but I do think they played well and by the time it was all said and done I think they deserved it. just my thoughts.

Jacob is spending the night with the other Jacob B. tonight and planning a trip to WRC tomorrow. Fun stuff!

Blueberry Beer & Beads

Not only did I make it home with one of Shawna's blueberry beers, my hair smelled just like it ;). And beads, I have decided the Spring River is Mardi Gras on water!

In my worry about what to wear on my feet I busted out these "old fashion" pink keds to wear. Um noooo way, the girls were not having it...lol
