going back for a visit!

Last week I took Jacob took his elementary school for a visit, he loves to do this! This is Mrs. Gillison, Mrs, Gill as he calls her. She is the principal and he loves her so much.

yesterday was my burfday!

Sunday night Matt's family cooked me an awesome dinner with a cake & some cool gifts.

So now I am another year older....

 My sweet fiance (still seems wierd to pronounce) got me some Tom's for an early bday gift, I just love them & this is my 1st pair :)

Labor Day 2011

Saturday night we watched the Razorback game at Nano's, I made these brownies. I thought I was being festive....lol

 I made chex mix & I also made a butterfinger cake to take to a cookout. The weather was awesome! My only complaint is that the weekend was waaaaay too short!

 and the next weekend it will be time for some tailgating..woot woot! I love me some tailgating! Look how little Jacob was last year WOW!!!

and this year I will get to tailgate with my fiance.... I just had to type it :)

Today is my Mom's birthday! Oh I miss her so!

I would take her to dinner and sing as loud as I could :) I finally made it, I finally found my place in life & she would be so proud. Jacob's humor is much like hers and it makes me smile so big. I love you this big Mom~ 

And for my little sister, I know you hurt so bad on these days, I am here for you!

Friday night was sushi date night while Jacob hung out with friends...

 Saturday I shopped all day for school supplies. I got these cute Corky's for a steal, I love when summer items go on clearance!

 I went to the produce place so my sister & I could have peach fuzz cocktails while we cooked out...and Sunday Matt & I hit up the mall and did some relaxing! It was a great weekend!

If they had a school that was all day fishing Jacob would be one happy camper. I have been redoing his room in hunting & fishing and it is still a work in progress but here is a bit of it. He gets his deer mount Wednesday so that will be added to the walls.

 Fishing with uncle Shane....my sister said they look like swamp people...lol. Hopefully Santa will be leaving Jacob his very own fishing boat so Matt & I can join in on the fun :)
