Friday after a dreaded doctor's appt Jennifer & I had lunch....gotta love a bento box :) I may go into the medical stuff later or maybe not. It's complicated & unanswered....
Although while at the doc I did get some good news, I have lost another 8 lbs which makes for 18 total. I don't talk about my eat clean change of life style much but it has been great and I am getting on the treadmill in the mornings at 5:00 a.m., yes it is early but makes me feel much better!!
I can't say thank you enough to Dawn for all her emails, text at 5 a.m. and words of encouragment. And congrats Dawn on your competition!!!!

Jacob is enjoying his summer so far, his July is going to be very busy!!! He went to shoot skeet yesterday and I am told that he is a pro and is an excellent shot. He wants to look into some clubs and such for some competitive shooting.

So today is the last day of 8th grade for Jacob. I must say it has been a tough year, someone has had a lazy spell with his school work. This is the last year for uniforms and I am going to miss them so much!!last day of 8th grade~

Sometimes the City's Zoo Director will bring visitors over and last week it was this! If you have never touched a hedgehog...they are wierd feeling. Much like rubbery spikes.
