Update~
Saw the neuro doc, mass is stabilized and we are now waiting on some blood work. This is good news, just hope for good news on the lab work! *fingers crossed*
Oh and the blood work....well on the 1st arm I said to her "I feel funny" about that time she said I must change arms and restick you, never mind the 10 empty vials I could see that needed to be filled. So here we go to the 2nd arm, about that time the guy next to her said "her lips are turning, do something" well um by this point I was not feeling so well, broke out in a sweat and was so dizzy. So they made me sit and sit and sit.

MRI Monday~
So I had my MRI at 7:45 this morning, they really should make that a little bit quicker process I needed to sneeze and my instructions were, as she placed the cage around my head, do not move your head. And as luck has it I don't hold still very well for anything...lol
The contrast stuff they inject is nasty, I could smell it and taste it. But it's over and I see the neurologist Wednesday. I would appreciate your prayers.

Now I have no pictures this morning because um well um *stuttering* I left my purse laying somewhere Friday night while I was dancing....I went out with the roomie and 5 of his friends for his birthday. The purse has been located and I should be getting it today, thank goodness.

Jacob is on Spring Break and we have a little getaway with the Parsley's coming up...can't wait!!

I was kind of in a funk last night and had some distractions but I did get most wins in a roll off. April's Bunco, bring it!! I am ready and leaving the phone at home...lol
Although I got most wins I have yet to wear the Bunco crown, and the only blog worthy photo is myself is black and white because I need a TAN!!! Like now!!! just sayin~
I love this group of girls, so much fun!

March Madness starts today~ I have not completed or even seen a bracket, I think it must have crept up on us. I will just have to hope that you win with your bracket.

I have had this Bunco set for several years and am now getting to use it.

Jacob is home with a stomach bug, I had to pick him up from school yesterday. I sure hope it doesn't cycle through the house. Until then let the games begin!!

I do have a question that has been brought to me lately...lol??? I am single and dating and certainly no spring chicken(37)...where do you draw the line with age? What is too young? What is too old? Share your thoughts..

I signed the papers for photos that at the time were called Glamour Shots and went on to work, a few weeks later I arrived to pick him up and these were on display, talk about melt a Momma's heart. And if you know Jacob you know that this is so him, he would wear camo daily if he could. Just give the boy some woods and he would be a-okay. I just asked him the other night why he didn't want to go to the movies with some friends? His response was "Mom I get enough of all that at school, I want to go fishing!"

I chose Way Back Wednesday because Wordless Wednesday is supposed to be wordless and I might want to say something...and for some reason it irritates me to see a blog that says Wordless Wednesday and has 6 paragraphs under the photo, ummm hello, wordless???

I think the funk is leaving as I feel much better today!
Maybe I can sneak in a green beer after all!
I read many blogs, probably too many...lol but I see all these Wordless Wednesday, Foto Friday, Not Me Monday, etc, etc. My plan is to start my own Way Back Wednesday (WBW) being pictures from the past, just any picture I may want to post. Maybe you would like to join in...

Confirmed

It was confirmed that Def Leppard, Cheap Trick & Poison will be coming to the State Fair....I am there!! It was also confirmed that I will be meeting them.....I always said I would meet Joe Elliot and I plan to do just that!!!

I know, I know~ such an 80's girl....maybe I will bring the big hair back..lol

I just knew when I woke up Saturday that I was headed to sick land...I made it through my hair appointment and that was about all I could do. Fever, chills, sneezing and down right grouch would be the next 48 hours for me. I should not be at work because I am still running fever but here I sit. If I have taken one pill I have taken 100 and made a quick swoop through Walgreen's this morning for more!!
The boys are here on Spring Break from OK and Jacob was able to hang out Saturday evening and go fishing on Sunday. I know he was glad to get the heck away from the grouchy Momma. I hope your week is great!

Got Jacob's application sent in to the U of A yesterday for the gifted (lifetime) membership. Not sure what it entails but we will wait for the packet. And hopefully our decision to come out of AP English does not affect this application, but we decided as of last week to stay in all AP classes with the exception of English. A hard decision but we did it. I know too many people with a college degree that did not have AP English.

Kind of a slow moving week for me but I feel better each day =)

Surgery went well and I had lots of visitors, a big thanks to Carrie, Jennifer & Kim for entertaining me and taking care of me.

I know you all are ready for #2 now.

Jacob was a tremendous help yesterday and bagged 9 bags of pine needles and leaves for me.

In other news....T.O. kicked off the Cowboys, I am no Cowboys fan but I am sure not a T.O. fan! And I sure hope the Raiders do not take him back!! I heard mention of him going to Miami....... fine by me =)

Without Terrell Owens, the Cowboys still have plenty of talent. And no matter how far they go next season, they will not carry as much baggage.
Jerry Jones may finally be getting it. The Cowboys’ decision to release Owens late Wednesday night had to be difficult for the Cowboys’ owner. But it was the right move. So was the earlier decision to release Adam “Pacman” Jones.
While Terrell Owens is a talented football player, the distraction he brings is no longer worth it to the Cowboys. It takes more than talent to build a championship team.

Weekend you go way to fast!
Office outing on Friday @ Jaunita's, a great time! Jacob & Carrie joined us this time and I took very few pics.
Visits from Brandy & Greg as well as Jamie. We took a trip to Cabot to visit Della and hung out and Jamie stayed over last night, no pics. My camera skills are lacking...maybe I am nervous about Friday.

We stayed in most of Saturday, Jacob rented a movie and he rented me Fireproof, we ended up watching it together....can I just tell you we both cried, yes my 12 year old son shed a tear over this movie. A must see!
