Friday night I headed up to Gadwall's to hang out with these chics and then we headed over to the 24 hour Polar Bear Plunge to support Special Olympics so we could support our law enforcement (and friends)....

I was back up Saturday morning to take sweet tea, Caesi said it was vital for plunging!

and he's ready! This little Santa is a tradition for us and Jacob never misses a day. We baked some brownies and added some Christmas sprinkles to it :)

Yes it is tacky as can be but hilarious!!! The pictures do not do it justice...

Friday evening was low key... we did hang out with this guy in his jammies. He is all ready for Santa! The burglar, we went to court last week and they have bound him over to circuit court, the big house as I call it. So now he is busting out my exterior flood lights that are right by his house. The officer said no doubt he did it and to keep reporting things. And he was a cutie ;)

Saturday Jacob had an ice sksting party with his big so I got some shopping in, I actually shopped all day and it was madness out there. Hobby Lobby was a fiasco!!

Jacob's hunting trip was pushed back until next weekend so Sunday we went to see this precious girl~

I hope to get some Christmas shopping done this weekend. Jacob will be duck hunting Sunday morning and deer hunting in the afternoon. He also has plans Saturday afternoon with his big so maybe I can get most of it done!

This little doll came to see me at work today....so so precious! Jacob and I went to see The Blindside last weekend and it was awesome!

We had a very productive weekend. The tree is up, the lights are up so I guess we are ready :)
Bethany spent the night with me and was a great help, we had a great time!

Now for a few bullets...

• I have a funeral today for a guy that I grew up in church with. His sister and I are still real close so it is tough to see her in this shape.
• Jacob will be deer hunting this Sunday and I plan to get some shopping done.
• It just puzzles me how so many people want to be "in charge" last I checked I thought I had one boss...with that being said I am ready for Friday and staying as quite as I can. Not going to break my Christmas spirit!!

Jacob had an invite to his 1st duck hunt from a guy I went to high school with on Thanksgiving morning. I had to be up at 3 and have him in LR at 3:30. Shew that was early but he did shoot some and Al said he was a wonderful hunter and a great mannered kiddo!

Jacob finally had his photo shoot with Heather Beckham Clark. I have a lot of photos to look through and will share those after.
I chose just one for now :)
