I have been saying for 5 years now that this dead tree in my backyard needed to come down. It was never a pressing issue but it was there. Yesterday Matt & Jacob were mowing for me and I saw Jacob pushing on the tree and it was moving, not a little but a LOT, I asked him to keep on and this was the end result....muscle men haha!

Now to cut it and get it out of there.

Weekend was nice, cleaning, cleaning, cleaning, and some good visits with good friends!

~I think I have hit a record, one whole work week and I have not taken one single photo. I told you I would be boring this week, and yep plan to be this weekend too! I do see some patio time in the evenings.

~House = a wreck, so I spent last night cleaning my room, took everything out of the closet and wiped the baseboards and such. I now have a pile and I mean a PILE in my living room to take the Salvation Army. One room at a time, Jacob's is next =)

~I missed Grey's because I was tanning, actually I just forgot until 9:05, just the luck.

This look melts my heart. Jacob enjoying a cupcake, he has always been a pretty tidy eater, not much mess for a 2 year old. And a sippy cup? Where has time gone? And there are those baby blues...have I mentioned I love his blue eyes...lol Buckethead!!

Say a prayer for Stellan today while he goes through surgery. If you do not read MckMama's blog, you should! Kaden is my model today wearing orange for Stellan.

Top Chef is in town. The truck was kind of cool.

Ouch! My arm is so sore, yesterday while one nurse was drawing blood another was giving me a shot with a BIG needle, and really do we have to be doing these things at the same time??? seperate arms?? geez!

Jacob's ACT score came in, he did pretty good for a 7th grader and will be much more prepared his senior year by knowing what to expect.

This week and next are pretty laid back for us and I guess that is to get us ready for a busy May.

I want flowers to plant, lots of them!!

Saw the new doc this morning, I must say I loved her and we are on the road to some resolution, more test to wait on but getting there.

Kim and I ordered some bumpits, they came in today....you know you want some =)

And guess what I found last night...a White Lion cd...jealous? I know...lol

Friday night Jennifer and I went to see Four On The Floor play at the Rev Room. This is a group of guys that we went to high school with. Yep we were groupies back then...lol just kidding.

Go Fast played also.....

We had a great time and it was great to see old friends! I missed getting pics of so many people...

Jamie has an addiction

Had lunch with Jamie...lunch with Jamie always looks like this. Why? Because Jamie eats Sushi for every meal. This was called The Angry Wife's Roll, neither of us are married nor angry but it was good. It had tuna, salmon, yellowtail & snapper in it.
It took a very long time then the computers crashed and we had to wait to run our debit cards. The "sushi man" hollered at us as we got ready to leave and said "hey, sit down, 2 minute" he had made us this. Oh and Jamie insisted we stay "I am gonna eat this cat"
We guess it was a cat....

I had Bunco last night at Amy's. A great time was had by all.!

You see all these girls modeling (showing off) the Bunco crown, well I am the only Bunco virgin in the group. Towards the end I started blowing on my dice and things picked up a little, Cat said "it's all in Stacia's blow" LOL

The Easter Bunny brought Jacob this red face...oh and these goodies. A rack for his fishing poles, new sheets and a basket. You know they are getting older when they get sheets in a Easter Basket. Fishing without sunscreen= A BAD BURN!!!!!

We had a wonderful Easter dinner with Carrie and the kids. I took very few pics and I hope she will send some my way =)

egg dye & mimosas

Friday night Jennifer & I had fun with egg dye with the girls. Jacob & Brett popped in but only for a few minutes....

Then the roommate popped in...... I don't think either of them were too excited about the eggs. Jacob was leaving again to spend the night with Brett and go fishing on Saturday.

As we were wrapping things up I had the small end of this little thing below on my pointer finger twirling it around, well somehow the open end went right into my finger, as I tried to pull it out the further it would go in....I finally got it out and YES it hurt soooo bad. The things I do...lol
